Evin is excited to join Camp Arrowhead this summer as the Parakeets Bunk Counselor! This is her first summer as an Arrowhead counselor, but she is already a proud camp parent, with three children attending camp and one who enjoyed a fantastic summer at Arrowhead last year. Evin brings more than 20 years of experience working with children as an elementary school teacher, instructional coach, and educational leader. She has taught students from preschool through fourth grade and is passionate about helping children build confidence, friendships, independence, and a love of learning. When she's not at camp or in the classroom, Evin enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and caring for her many plants. She can't wait to help make this a fun, memorable summer for the Parakeets!
