All visitors must check into the camp office, show id, and wear a visitor badge. No child will be released without written permission signed by a parent of legal guardian. All directors are equipped with walkie talkies as they continuously circulate around the camp grounds.

During the camp season phones will be answered Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. Feel free to e-mail anytime to chiefarrowhead@comcast.net. If you need to speak specifically to your child’s counselor please note that all calls will be returned during camp hours (9:30 am to 3:00). If an issue arises during the day, your child’s camp director will contact you. To learn more about our directors, please click here.

ARROWHEAD’S directors will make a judgment call daily regarding the need to go on a Hot Weather Schedule. If the need arises, our schedule will include extra pool time, indoor activities, and shaded athletics only.

For your child’s safety, please make sure your child arrives to camp everyday wearing sneakers (no flip flops or sandals). Campers that are unable to swim due to swimmers ear, injury, etc. will spend that period supervised by their Junior Counselor and engaged in various alternate activities.
