Hello Arrowhead Families! My name is John Blaisse and I am the Senior Counselor for the Chiefs for this 2017 camp season. This is my third year at Arrowhead and my third year with the Chiefs and I am happy to return this summer. I am 22 years old and a recent graduate from DeSales University earning a degree in Psychology. I have worked a number of odd jobs in my youth: from retail in a produce market to landscaping with my hometown school district, but Arrowhead is undoubtedly the best place to work at each summer. I love working with children and enjoy running around playing kickball as much as the 8 year olds, so it is a real pleasure to spend the summer with your children. Although I never was a camper at Arrowhead as a child, I sure wish I was. Everything at Arrowhead from the incredible activities to the great staff is why I love it here and hope your children enjoy a similarly positive summer experience to what I experience today as an adult. I look forward to meeting you all at one point or another but for now, enjoy the rest of your summer!Weekly Updates & Images

Hello Chief Families,
The Chief’s are off to a great first week at Arrowhead this summer and the fun is just beginning! This past week the Chief’s participated in a number of fun activities including marksmanship, archery, boating and fishing, and even took a turn on the brand new rock wall at pioneering. All of the children in the bunk seem to be getting along quite well and are developing quite a comradery. I am very pleased to spend my summer with your children and I can’t wait to enjoy the next 7 weeks with everyone. Thank you again, and enjoy your July 4th Weekend!
