My name is Dawson Hillier I started working at Arrowhead back in 2016 and I have loved it ever since. I first started at Arrowhead in the kitchen, luckily, I only spent one year in there before moving onto being a lifeguard. After spending a summer at the pool, I began working down at the lake teaching kids how to canoe and fish and eventually became the head specialist. After about 5/6 years at the lake, I am now on my second year as a counselor of the Navajos. Outside of Arrowhead I drive school buses for Marple Newtown School District.
